Join us for 3 nights and 4 days of coaching, fun games and relaxation at the 4* Hotel Alicante Golf with your host Ryan Preston.

Enjoy 4 days and 3 nights at the amazing 4* Hotel Alicante Golf.
Mornings are spent getting coached at the academy of 3 x World Champion Pitu Losada at the renowned Club Atletico Montemar.
Play social games and tournaments with our local players at the world famous Bela Padel Centre, 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
Evenings are spent enjoying social evening included in the trip or exploring everything Alicante has to offer using our recommended restaurants and bars database (typical itinerary below).
Each guest receives a welcome pack with topped up tram card, t-shirt and other goodies. The tram card can be used for the 3 minute journey to coaching or for trips into Alicante centre (12 minutes).
Groups are up to 16 people and a maximum of 4 people per coach.
If you haven’t had enough padel during the day, you can even join our Alicante Social Padel if there are spaces available.

Example Itinerary
Tuesday:
- Arrival, including meeting at the airport where possible
- A social game or two if you arrive early
- 7.30pm – informal welcome drinks on the Mirador at the Hotel Alicante Golf
Wednesday:
- 8.45am – all meet at the hotel lobby to catch the tram together (3 minute ride)
- 9.15-9.30am – introduction to Club Atlético Montemar and the coaching team
- 9.30 – 11.30am – initial coaching session*
- 3.00 – 4.30/5pm – Americano at Bela
* in the unlikely event of a coach being unavailable (illness, unforeseen circumstances etc) we may run coaching in shifts, 2 groups at a time
Thursday:
- 9.30 – 11.30am – coaching session
- 3.00 – 4.30/5pm – Mexicano at Bela**
- 9pm – final night drinks on the rooftop of the 5* Portico Hotel under the castle and overlooking the Plaza Ayuntamiento
Friday:
- 9.30 – 11.30am – final coaching session
- 11.30 – 11.45am – thank you from the team and farewell
- A bit more padel if you are flying late!

Flights & Insurance
We do not provide flights as part of our event packages. If you need any help with flights feel free to get in touch.
All participants are expected to provide suitable holiday insurance to cover the period of their stay and their activities.
Please only book your flights once confirmation is received from us via email that your trip is confirmed.
Arrival & Departure
For larger groups our reprasentatives will meet you at the airport. Transport from the airport is via taxi (20 minutes) and our team will meet you at the airport or otherwise arranged via the group WhatsApp if you are arriving late or early. Check in time is 4pm although in quieter times people are generally able to check in earlier. Bags can be dropped and we can head to the padel courts if not. Check out is 12pm with late check out available depend on the hotel occupancy.
Between Coaching Sessions
Your evenings are your own to explore Alicante and the surrounding areas. Our representatives may organise drinks or other gatherings depending on group requirements. You can also explore our recommendations to find out what the locals like to do of an evening.
Padel Hire & Clothing
Padel hire is included as part of the price if you don’t have your own racquet.
Please bring appropriate clothing and footwear to cover your stay. As Alicante is usually sunny we also recommend sun screen and a cap!
Communication
You will be given the telephone numbers of our on-the-ground representative(s). In addition, a WhatsApp group will be created for the entire group to allow communications between guests. This latter is entirely voluntary, anyone not wanting to be in the group will not be added.

Our representatives will be available at all times for your stay should you need any help or information. We encourage our groups to explore Alicante and the surrounding areas and you can see our recommendations for suggestions.
